Its Time For More Trivia Quotes!

Well here we go again! More Trivia quotes for you. As always, some of these are Simpsons and others are another show that I like. Please name the SHOW, the speaker, and the episode summary. Good luck!

"I don't usually help out Republicans, but it would be nice to be on the winning side for once"

"You lawyers are screwing up this country"

"The key to Springfield has always been Elm Street. The Greeks knew it. The Carthaginians knew it. Now you know it."

"Do you kids want to be like the real UN, or do you want to squabble and waste time?"

Ok folks enjoy!

Lessee... the first quote I've figured out is the third. Its is from the Simpsons and it is Herman speaking to Bart about the war against Nelson. The episode is entitled "Bart the General".

The fourth quote is from the same show where principle skinner admonishes the model UN for figeting.

Oh yeah, for the Model UN quote, the kids get marooned on a desert island on their way to the model UN meeting. Thats the overall plot.

Allright Carter here we go.

The third quote,"The key to Springfield has always been Elm Street. The Greeks knew it. The Carthaginians knew it. Now you know it." is indeed said by Herman to Bart. It does appear in the episode Bart the General. You also correctly identified the show. One point awarded here.

The fourth quote "Do you kids want to be like the real UN, or do you want to squabble and waste time?" is from the Simpsons when the kids get marroned on the island. You menitioned that it is "from the same show". That wording confused me as I thought you meant it was from the same episode. However in your next post you show me you do know which episode it is. I will have to deduct a quarter point though for confusing me. 0.75 points were rewarded for a total of 1.75! Nice job Carter.

There are still 2 quotes left! Who wants em?!

The kids of Shelbyville? Come on Michele, you can do better than that. Besides the fact that I already named the episode, the only time I remember Bart dealing with the kids from Shelbyville was in Shelbyville, not on Main St. in Springfield.

You see kids, this is what happens when you smoke too much of the marijuana. You lose short term memory and you can't get Simpsons quotes right. Bad Michele, bad! Stay away from the ganja!

The quote about Elm Street is from one of the original episodes. Bart is waging a war against Nelson Muntz and the bullies!
